The invention relates to the technical field of carriage assembling, and discloses a carriage assembling method which comprises the steps: S1, preparing a bottom plate, a front plate and two side plates, installing convex plates on the two sides of the bottom plate, and installing concave plates at the bottoms of the side plates; S2, aligning the convex plates with the concave plates, and moving the side plates towards the convex plates until the convex plates are buckled with the concave plates; S3, installing a locking pipe is installed between the convex plates and the concave plates, and then fixing the two ends of the locking pipe to the side plates respectively; S4, aligning the front plate and the side plates through a guide tool, and then inserting locking beams between the side plates and the front plate; S5, fixing the two ends of each locking beam to the front plate and the bottom plate correspondingly; and S6, fixing the side plates and the front plate to the bottom plate such that the assembling of the carriage is completed. The carriage can be quickly assembled, and the overall strength of the carriage is improved.

    本发明涉及车厢装配技术领域,公开了一种车厢装配方法,S1:准备底板、前板和两块侧板,在底板的两侧安装凸板,在侧板的底部安装凹板;S2:将凸板与凹板对齐,再将侧板朝向凸板移动,直至凸板与凹板扣合;S3:在凸板与凹板之间安装锁紧管,再将锁紧管的两端分别固定在侧板上;S4:通过导向工装将前板和侧板对齐,然后将锁紧梁插入到侧板与前板之间;S5:将锁紧梁的两端分别固定在前板和底板上;S6:将侧板和前板固定在底板上,完成车厢的装配。本发明可对车厢进行快速装配,且提高车厢整体的强度。
