The invention discloses a mine car direction adjusting platform comprising a supporting platform and a sliding plate. The supporting platform is provided with supporting plates which are approximatelyin a fan shape; connected supporting frames are arranged on the bottom edges of the supporting plates; an arc-shaped hole is formed in the front portion of each supporting plate, the hole walls of the front side and the rear side of the arc-shaped holes are connected with the arc-shaped front connecting supporting frame and the arc-shaped rear connecting supporting frame respectively, and a plurality of supporting frame pin shafts are evenly distributed between the front connecting supporting frame and the rear connecting supporting frame at intervals; each supporting frame pin shaft is provided with a roller, and the tops of the rollers are located above the supporting plate surfaces. A sliding plate is arranged on the supporting plate. The rear portion of the sliding plate is rotatablyconnected with the rear portion of one supporting plate through one pin shaft, two parallel rails are fixedly installed on the upper plate face of the sliding plate, a direction adjusting hydraulic cylinder is hinged to one side of the front portion of the sliding plate, and the sliding plate can slide relative to the supporting plate with the pin shaft as the axis under driving of the direction adjusting hydraulic cylinder. After the mine car direction adjusting platform is applied, the mine car can conveniently steer in a narrow underground space of a mine.

    本发明公开了一种矿车调向平台,包括支撑平台和滑动板,支撑平台具有大体成扇形的支撑板,支撑板的底部边缘具有相连的支撑框,支撑板的前部开设有弧形孔,弧形孔前后侧的孔壁上分别连有弧形的前、后连接支撑框,前、后连接支撑框之间间隔均布装有多根支撑框销轴,每根支撑框销轴上装有滚轮,这些滚轮的顶部位于支撑板板面的上方;所述滑动板位于所述支撑板上,滑动板的后部与支撑板的后部通过销轴可转动地连接,滑动板的上部板面上固装有两根相互平行的铁轨,滑动板前部的一侧铰接有调向液压缸,在调向液压缸的驱动下所述滑动板以所述的销轴为轴可与所述的支撑板作相对滑动。应用本发明后矿车可以方便地在矿井井下狭小的空间内进行转向。
