The invention discloses a rear-drive forklift anti-lock braking method which comprises the steps that after a driver steps on a brake pedal, the first speed of front wheels of a forklift is obtained,and the second speed of driving wheels of the forklift is obtained; according to the corresponding relation between the first speed and the second speed, braking force is distributed to an electromagnetic brake used for front wheel braking and a driving motor used for rear wheel braking; and the electromagnetic brake and the driving motor are controlled to output corresponding braking force, so that the first speed and the second speed tend to be consistent. According to the rear-drive forklift anti-lock braking method, the braking force of the whole forklift can be improved to the maximum extent, the braking distance is shortened, and safety is improved; and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the front wheels or the driving wheels are locked due to different braking forces of the front wheelsand the driving wheels during braking is avoided, the forklift is braked more stably, tire abrasion and circle loss are avoided, and the service life of tires is prolonged. The invention further discloses a rear-drive forklift anti-lock braking system for achieving the rear-drive forklift anti-lock braking method.

    本发明公开了一种后驱叉车防抱死制动方法,包括:当驾驶员踩下制动踏板后,获取叉车前轮的第一速度,并获取叉车驱动轮的第二速度;根据第一速度和第二速度的对应关系,分别为用于前轮制动的电磁制动器和用于后轮制动的驱动电机分配制动力;控制电磁制动器和驱动电机输出相应的制动力,以使第一速度和第二速度趋于一致。该后驱叉车防抱死制动方法可最大化提高整车的制动力,缩短刹车距离,提高安全性;同时避免制动时因前轮和驱动轮的制动力不同导致前轮或驱动轮抱死的现象,使叉车制动更平稳,避免轮胎磨损失圆,提高轮胎使用寿命。本发明还公开了一种实现上述后驱叉车防抱死制动方法的后驱叉车防抱死制动系统。
