The invention relates to a new energy automobile and a battery management system thereof. The battery management system comprises a master controller, slave controllers and carrier modules, wherein each slave controller is used for detecting a battery module corresponding to the control connection, each slave controller is connected to a low-voltage power supply cable in the battery management system through the correspondingly matched carrier module, and the master controller is connected to the low-voltage power supply cable in the battery management system through the correspondingly matched carrier module. According to the invention, the battery management system is utilized to realize low-voltage carrier communication, the data transmission rate is improved, the real-time performanceof data transmission is ensured, and the communication failure rate of the battery management system is reduced. Moreover, since the existing low-voltage power supply cable in the battery management system is used for carrier communication, a communication cable in the prior art is replaced, the connection of low-voltage wiring harnesses is reduced, the material cost is reduced, the supply periodof parts is shortened, the field assembly efficiency is improved, and the economic cost is saved.

    本发明涉及新能源汽车及其电池管理系统,包括主控制器、从控制器和载波模块,每个从控制器用于检测与控制连接对应的电池模块,各从控制器均通过对应匹配的载波模块连接至电池管理系统中的低压供电线缆,主控制器通过对应匹配的载波模块连接至电池管理系统中的低压供电线缆。本发明利用以上电池管理系统实现低压载波通信,提升了数据传输速率,保证了数据传输实时性,降低了电池管理系统的通信故障率;并且,由于利用了电池管理系统中已有的低压供电线缆进行载波通信,代替了采用现有技术中的通信线缆,减少了低压线束的连接,降低材料成本、缩短零部件供货周期、提升现场装配效率、节省了经济成本。
