The invention discloses a method for controlling a flexible uninterruptible power supply by utilizing an electric automobile. The method for controlling the flexible uninterrupted power supply by utilizing the electric automobile comprises the following steps: changing a reference voltage in a droop control formula; using a multi-agent sliding mode control strategy to realize the consistency of the SOCs of the lithium batteries of the electric automobiles with different capacities in a super UPS; by using droop control, multi-agent average voltage and current consistency control and tail end control, using the ratio (current per unit value) of the current output value to the capacity of the lithium battery of the electric automobile as a control object and introducing the control object into a sliding mode function. The method has the advantages that droop control is improved, a multi-agent technology is used, and real-time capacity attenuation of the EV lithium batteries is considered, so that the SOC of the EV lithium batteries with different capacities in the super UPS is consistent, and the stability of the voltage of the direct-current bus of the super UPS under the EV plugging and unplugging condition is maintained.

    本发明公开了一种利用电动汽车的永不断电柔性不间断电源控制方法。本发明一种利用电动汽车的永不断电柔性不间断电源控制方法,包括:通过对下垂控制公式中参考电压进行改变,采用多智能体滑模控制策略实现超级UPS中的容量不同的电动汽车锂电池SOC一致,采用下垂控制、多智能体平均电压电流一致控制和末端控制,将电动汽车锂电池的电流输出值与容量的比值(电流标幺值)作为控制对象并引入滑模函数。本发明的有益效果:通过对下垂控制进行改进并使用多智能体技术且考虑了EV锂电池的实时容量衰减,实现了在超级UPS中容量不同的EV锂电池SOC一致,并维持了EV插拔情况下超级UPS直流母线电压的稳定。
