The invention discloses a combined noise reduction body and a noise reduction tire and relates to the field of tires. The combined noise reduction body comprises a sound absorber and a porous sound absorption part fixed in the sound absorber, wherein the sound absorber comprises a sound absorption curved plate provided with a plurality of micropores and a plurality of sealing plates which are fixed on the outer side of the sound absorption curved plate and form a sound absorber frame. Compared with the phenomenon in the prior art that the straight surface of a micro-perforated plate cannot beapplied to the aspect of tire noise reduction, the sound absorption curved plate (micro-perforated plate) is matched with the plurality of sealing plates to form the combined noise reduction body witha back cavity with a certain thickness, and the shape of the combined noise reduction body is set to be an annular shape matched with the internal shape of the tire such that the combined noise reduction body can be applied to the tire in a cross-field mode, the cavity resonance peak within the range of 150-250 Hz is remarkably reduced, the riding comfort is greatly improved. In addition, the combined noise reduction body can be installed in the tire in two modes, and a worker can select the installation mode according to the installation requirement of the actual combined noise reduction body.

    本发明公开了一种组合降噪体及降噪轮胎,涉及轮胎领域,一种组合降噪体,包括吸声体和固定在吸声体内的多孔吸声件,所述吸声体包括开设有若干个微孔的吸声曲面板和固定在吸声曲面板外侧并构成吸声体框架的多个密封板,本发明相较于现有技术中微穿孔板的直面型无法运用到轮胎降噪方面的现象,本发明将吸声曲面板(微穿孔板)与多个密封板配合形成具有一定厚度背腔的组合降噪体,并将组合降噪体的形状设置为配适与轮胎内部形状的环形,使其能够跨领域运用到轮胎中,显著降低150‑250Hz范围的空腔共振峰,极大地提高乘车舒适度,另外组合降噪体在轮胎内的安装方式有两种,工作人员可以根据实际组合降噪体的安装需要对安装方式进行选择。
