The invention relates to the technical field of composite material manufacturing, in particular to a rubbing-resistant flexible composite material, wherein a flexible anti-aging layer, a bonding layer, a barrier layer, a bonding layer, a buffer layer, a bonding layer, a force bearing layer, a bonding layer and a heat sealing layer are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; the anti-aging layer and the barrier layer, the barrier layer and the buffer layer, the force bearing layer and the heat sealing layer are respectively bonded with a bonding layer, and the layers are compounded through laminating compounding into an integrated material; both the buffer layer and the heat sealing layer are made of thermoplastic polyurethane films, and are bonded with the force bearing layer and thebarrier layer by using a polyurethane adhesive, the thickness is 12-25 microns, certain barrier performance is achieved, meanwhile, rubbing of external force on the barrier layer and the anti-aging layer can be buffered through the self flexibility, a capsule material is protected, and penetrating pinholes do not appear after the capsule material is rubbed for 300 times.

    本发明涉及复合材料制造技术领域,具体涉及一种耐揉搓柔性复合材料。从外向内依次为柔性的抗老化层、粘接层、阻隔层、粘接层、缓冲层、粘接层、承力层、粘接层和热封层。抗老化层和阻隔层、阻隔层和缓冲层、承力层和热封测分别通过粘结层连接,各层通过层压复合制备成为一体化材料。本发明缓冲层和热封层均选用热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,通过聚氨酯胶粘剂与承力层和阻隔层粘接,厚度为12~25 um,既具有一定的阻隔性能,同时自身的柔韧性能可以缓冲外力对阻隔层和耐老化层的揉搓,对囊体材料起到保护作用,可使囊体材料在300次揉搓后不出现贯穿性针孔。
