The invention relates to a traffic signal lamp based on a MicroLED. According to the device, one or more MicroLED chips are adopted as signal light sources, light-emitting units arranged in an array mode are designed and arranged on a circular integrated circuit substrate in the device, and then the signal light sources are alternately lightened through a control circuit. The device can also adopta light guide plate printed with a quantum dot array, and a corresponding traffic indication signal is formed through excitation of signal light sources. The integrated circuit substrate, the controlcircuit and the light guide plate are all fixed in a reflecting lampshade shell of the traffic signal lamp, the front-end light-emitting surface of the reflecting lampshade shell is connected with lamp surface glass, and the rear end of the shell is provided with a conductive lamp holder connected with an external power supply. The whole set of MicroLED traffic light device is consistent with main illumination indexes of the existing LED traffic lamps. Due to the self-luminous advantage of the MicroLED, the MicroLED is combined with the quantum dot material with high color purity, so that thecolors of red, yellow and green traffic signals are more distinct, the power saving performance of the device is greatly improved, and the service life of the device is greatly prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种基于MicroLED的交通信号灯。装置采用一种或多种MicroLED芯片作为信号光源,设计了形成阵列排布的发光单元,并将阵列排布的发光单元布置于装置内圆形集成电路基板上,再通过控制电路实现信号光源的交替点亮。装置还能采用印刷有量子点阵列的导光板,通过信号光源激发形成相应交通指示信号。所述集成电路基板与控制电路以及导光板均固定于交通信号灯反光灯罩外壳中,反光灯罩外壳前端出光面连接有灯面玻璃,后端有导电灯头与外部电源连接。整套MicroLED红绿灯装置与现有的LED红绿交通信号灯主要光照指标一致。由于MicroLED的自身发光优势,再与色纯度高的量子点材料结合,使得红、黄、绿三色交通信号色彩更加鲜明,装置的节电性能和使用寿命大幅提升。
