The control system comprises a central gateway module, a keyless entry and start module, an engine control module, an internet-of-vehicles module, an electronic stabilization module, a vehicle body control module, a combination instrument module and a gearbox control module. The control method is implemented by the control device. A vehicle owner can carry a legal key to seamlessly switch the vehicle from a remote startingmode to a normal starting mode. If the remote starting fails, a mobile phone APP prompts the owner of the failure reason according to the error code fed back by the keyless entry and start module PEPS through the internet-of-vehicles module TBOX.
