The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the current state of charge of a storage battery; under the condition thatthe current state of charge is smaller than a first preset state of charge, executing first conversion operation, wherein the first conversion operation is used for converting an input alternating current into a direct current; under the condition that the current state of charge is larger than a second preset state of charge, executing second conversion operation, wherein the second conversion operation is used for converting the input direct current into an alternating current, the first preset state of charge is smaller than the second preset state of charge. According to the invention, thetechnical problem that the electric vehicle cannot be normally started due to the feed phenomenon of the storage battery cannot be effectively handled in the prior art is solved.
