The invention relates to a tramcar priority control processing method based on a traffic state and vehicle operation state. The method comprises the following steps of: enabling a signal machine to acquire video detection data when a tramcar arrives at a first position, and acquiring the operation state of the tramcar; calculating a lane congestion index according to the flow and the time occupancy of each lane of a conflict road section; judging whether vehicle overflow exists at an exit lane of the conflict road section at the intersection, and if so, not giving priority to the tramcar; otherwise, searching for a scheme matrix table according to the tramcar running state and a bottleneck road section entrance lane congestion index, and outputting a corresponding priority strategy. The tramcar priority control processing method based on the traffic state and vehicle operation state provided by the invention belongs to a real-time priority strategy, can reduce the interference on social vehicles to the maximum extent while reducing the traffic delay of public transport, and facilitates the alleviation of traffic jam at an intersected road section in the driving direction of the tramcar in the peak period of vehicle travel.

    本发明涉及一种基于交通状态和车辆运行状态实现有轨电车优先控制处理的方法,包括以下步骤:信号机获取有轨电车到达第一位置时的视频检测数据,获取有轨电车运行状态;根据冲突路段每个车道的流量和时间占有率计算车道的拥堵指数;判断检测交叉口的冲突路段的出口道是否有车辆溢出,如果是,则不给予有轨电车优先通行权;否则,根据有轨电车运行状态和瓶颈路段进口车道拥堵指数查找方案矩阵表,输出对应的优先策略。采用了本发明的基于交通状态和车辆运行状态实现有轨电车优先控制处理的方法,属于实时优先策略,能够在减少公共交通通行延误的同时最大限度的降低对社会车辆的干扰,在车辆出行高峰期,有助于缓解有轨电车行驶方向的相交路段的交通拥堵。
