The invention relates to a brake disc cooling method, in particular to a brake disc liquid cooling circulation method comprising the following steps that S1, an air cooling opening of a disc brake disc with a cooling cavity is sealed, a sealed cavity is formed, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which communicate with the cooling cavity are arranged on the disc brake disc; S2, circulation water in a vehicle water tank is pumped out by a water pump and flows into the cooling cavity from the water inlet pipe; and S3, circulation water cooling the disc brake disc in the cooling cavityflows out from the water outlet pipe and flows back into the water tank. The problems that when cooled in a traditional air cooling mode, a disc brake disc also needs to be cooled in a matched waterspraying mode, but water resources are wasted in the modes, and driving safety is influenced are solved.

    本发明涉及一种刹盘冷却方法,具体涉及刹盘液冷循环方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将带有冷却腔的碟刹盘的风冷口进行封堵,形成密封腔,并在碟刹盘上设置与冷却腔连通的进水管和出水管;S2、利用水泵将车水箱内的循环水抽出,并使循环水从进水管流进冷却腔内;S3、冷却腔内对进行碟刹盘冷却后的循环水从出水管流出,并回流至水箱中。解决碟刹盘使用传统风冷方式进行冷却时,还需配合水冲淋的方式对碟刹盘进行冷却,但这样的方式会造成水资源浪费和影响驾驶安全的问题。
