The invention relates to the field of preparation of current collectors, in particular to a preparation method of a metal-immersed current collector material for a subway, and the method remarkably improves the electrical conductivity, the thermal conductivity, the friction, the wear resistance, the corrosion resistance and the like of a current collector sliding block material due to the additionof a copper material. And meanwhile, the product yield is greatly improved. And secondly, by preparing a metal-impregnated carbon material by using a new technical process, namely loading a sinteredcarbon material initial blank into a sealed impregnation tank, vacuumizing, injecting high-temperature molten copper, and carrying out pressurized impregnation treatment, the metal-impregnated carbonmaterial is obtained. Therefore, the volume density of the carbon material is increased, and the mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are improved.

    本发明涉及受流器制备领域,更具体而言,涉及一种地铁用浸金属受流器材料的制备方法,由于有铜质材料的加入,显著提高了受流器滑块材料的导电性、导热性及摩擦、磨损性、耐腐蚀性等,本发明制备方法生产周期短,同时产品成品率有了大幅提高。其次,使用新技术工艺制备浸金属碳材料,即为将烧结碳材料初坯装入密封浸渍罐中经过抽真空,注入高温铜水,加压浸渍处理,得到浸金属碳材料。从而增加碳材料的体积密度,提高机械强度、耐腐蚀性和氧化性。
