The invention discloses a lifting container deceleration system for a mine. The lifting container deceleration system for the mine involves a lifting container, wherein the lifting container is located in a cage guide, and lifting of the lifting container in the cage guide is achieved through the traction of a lifting machine on the ground; a plurality of upper proximity sensors are arranged on the inner wall of the cage guide located on the upper portion of the cage guide at intervals, the plurality of upper proximity sensors are connected with a control system, the control system is connected with a winch on the ground, the upper proximity sensors transmit detected lifting container position signals to the control system, and the control system controls the winch to run slowly; and a plurality of lower proximity sensors are arranged on the inner wall of the cage guide located on the lower portion of the cage guide at intervals, the plurality of lower proximity sensors are connected with the control system, the control system is connected with the winch on the ground, the lower proximity sensors transmit the detected lifting container position signals to the control system, and the control system controls the winch to run slowly. According to the lifting container deceleration system for the mine, the lifting container running quickly can be gently decelerated during lifting,and finally the cage can be stably stopped.
