The invention discloses a linear nonlinear steer-by-wire steering gear, which comprises an inner-outer pull rod and ball head assembly, a small hoop, a corrugated pipe, a large hoop, an input shaft and pinion assembly, a steering gear shell, a stator, steering gear mounting brackets, a controller and wiring harness assembly and a rack and electronic solenoid rotor assembly, wherein the rack and electronic solenoid rotor assembly comprises a rack and an electronic solenoid; the inner-outer pull rod and ball head assembly comprises a steering gear inner pull rod and an inner ball head located atthe right tail end of the steering gear inner pull rod; the inner-outer pull rod and ball head assembly is connected with the rack through the inner ball head; the corrugated pipe is respectively fixed on the steering gear inner pull rod and the steering gear shell through the small hoop and the large hoop; the input shaft and pinion assembly is fixed through the steering gear shell and is in matched transmission with the rack; the stator is in threaded connection with the steering gear shell and located on one side of the input shaft and pinion assembly; the steering gear shell comprises twosteering gear mounting brackets located on two sides of the stator; and the controller and wiring harness assembly is integrated on the steering gear shell.
本发明线型非线性线控转向器包括内外拉杆带球头总成、小卡箍、波纹管、大卡箍、输入轴带小齿轮总成、转向器壳体、定子、转向器安装支架、控制器带线束总成以及齿条带电子螺线管动子总成,齿条带电子螺线管动子总成包括齿条和电子螺线管,内外拉杆带球头总成包括转向器内拉杆以及位于转向器内拉杆右末端的内球头,内外拉杆带球头总成通过内球头和齿条连接,波纹管通过小卡箍和大卡箍分别固定在转向器内拉杆和转向器壳体上,输入轴带小齿轮总成通过转向器壳体固定,并和齿条配合传动,定子螺纹连接在转向器壳体上且位于输入轴带小齿轮总成的一侧,转向器壳体包括位于定子两侧的两个转向器安装支架,控制器带线束总成集成在转向器壳体上。
