The invention discloses a train wheel tread defect and out-of-roundness three-dimensional image pass-type detection system. The system comprises an acquisition module, a speed measurement control module, a motor moving module and a data processing module, the motor moving module is fixed on track beds on two sides of a track, and the acquisition module and the speed measurement control module aremounted on the motor moving module. The acquisition module acquires a wheel tread profile in a process of synchronously moving with a wheel, and acquires one profile at a minimum interval of 1 mm through speed measurement detection control, and an image is compressed through a preprocessing module in the acquisition process, and then is transmitted to the image processing module in time; the speedmeasurement control module measures the wheel speed and provides the wheel speed for the motor moving module; the motor moving module drives a motor to work in time according to the signal of the speed measurement control module, so that the acquisition module moves in time and keeps consistent with the wheel advancing speed; and the data processing module processes the image data compressed by the acquisition module, synthesizes the image data into a three-dimensional image of the wheel tread, and calculates out-of-roundness and tread defects.

    本发明公开了一种列车车轮踏面缺陷及不圆度三维图像通过式检测系统,包括采集模块、测速控制模块、电机移动模块和数据处理模块,电机移动模块固定在轨道两侧道床之上,采集模块和测速控制模块安装在电机移动模块上。采集模块在与车轮同步移动过程中采集车轮踏面轮廓,通过测速检测控制最小每隔1mm采集一幅轮廓,采集过程中通过预处理模块对图像进行压缩处理,及时传输至图像处理模块模块;测速控制模块测量车轮速度,提供给电机移动模块;电机移动模块根据测速控制模块的信号及时驱动电机工作,使采集模块及时移动,与车轮行进速度保持一致;数据处理模块处理采集模块压缩后的图像数据,并合成车轮踏面的三维图像、计算不圆度和踏面缺陷。
