The invention discloses an adaptive adjustment device and method for the brightness of automobile headlamps based on ambient light detection. The device is mainly composed of an image acquisition module, a light intensity sensor module, a signal processing module, a constant current source module and a headlamp module. The brightness information of ambient light at night is detected by a vehicle-mounted camera, the ambient light brightness change trend is tracked and predicted through a Kalman filtering algorithm, then the predicted value is compared with a headlamp brightness value detected by a light intensity sensor, and the comparison value is adaptively adjusted to a human eye vision comfort brightness area, so that the purposes of saving energy, reducing light pollution and improvingthe traffic safety at night can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于环境光检测的汽车前照灯亮度自适应调节装置及方法,主要由图像采集模块,光强传感器模块,信号处理模块,恒流源模块和前照灯模块组成;通过车载摄像头对夜间环境光亮度信息进行检测,并通过卡尔曼滤波算法对环境光亮度变化趋势进行跟踪预测,再将预测值与光前传感器检测到的车前灯亮度值进行比较,并自适应地将比较值调节至人眼视觉舒适亮度区域,可达到节约能源,减少光污染和增加夜间交通安全的目的。
