The invention provides a self-adaptive locking structure of a seat adjusting device, and belongs to the technical field of machinery. The problem that an existing adjusting device is poor in locking stability is solved. The adjusting device comprises a sliding rail and a sliding core. The sliding core is slidably connected into the sliding rail. The locking structure comprises a locking plate, andthe locking plate is provided with a first locking latch and a second locking latch. First locking grooves and second locking grooves are correspondingly formed in the sliding core. The sliding railis provided with a plurality of locking bayonets, and the first locking latch and the second locking latch can be clamped into or disengaged from the locking bayonets respectively. The width of the first locking grooves and the width of the locking bayonets are sequentially increased from top to bottom, the width of the first locking latch is smaller than that of the second locking latch, and elastic pieces are further arranged between the locking plate and the sliding core. One end of the locking plate is clamped to and positioned at the locking bayonets first, and the other end of the locking plate can adaptively continue to move upwards to be clamped to and positioned into the first locking grooves under the action of elastic restoring force, so that a locking gap is eliminated, and thelocking stability is improved.

    本发明提供了一种座椅调节装置的自适应锁止结构,属于机械技术领域。它解决了现有的调节装置锁止稳定性差的问题。调节装置包括滑轨和滑芯,滑芯滑动连接在滑轨内,本锁止结构包括锁止板,锁止板具有锁止卡齿一和锁止卡齿二,滑芯上对应设置有锁止槽一和锁止槽二,滑轨上设有若干锁止卡口,且锁止卡齿一和锁止卡齿二能够分别卡入或脱离锁止卡口,锁止槽一的槽宽和锁止卡口的宽度均从上到下依次增大,锁止卡齿一的宽度小于锁止卡齿二的宽度,锁止板与滑芯之间还设有弹性件。锁止板一端先与锁止卡口卡紧定位,另一端在弹性回复力的作用下能够自适应继续上移至与锁止槽一卡紧定位,从而消除锁了锁止间隙,提高了锁止的稳定性。
