The invention relates to a new energy automobile battery replacing device capable of automatically replacing a battery. The device comprises a frame box, a mounting frame is arranged at the lower endof the frame box, and two elastic contact pieces are arranged in the mounting frame. A front limiting plate and a rear limiting plate are arranged at the upper part of the frame box. A driving deviceis mounted at the left part of the frame box. The driving device and the rear limiting plate are jointly connected with a loading assembly. The front limiting plate is connected with an unloading assembly. A replacement auxiliary assembly is further installed on the frame box. The device is high in automation degree. On the basis of a lead screw nut transmission technology, a bearing frame can becontrolled to slide along an L-shaped track, unloading of waste batteries and loading of standby batteries are achieved at the sliding tail end through elastic force, use is relatively convenient, labor is saved, and the effect of conveniently supplying power to a new energy automobile is achieved.

    本发明涉及可自动更换电池的新能源汽车电池更换装置,包括框架盒,框架盒下端设有安装框,安装框内设有两个弹性触片;框架盒上部分别设有前限位板、后限位板;框架盒左部安装有驱动装置;所述驱动装置、后限位板共同连接有装载组件;所述前限位板连接有卸载组件;框架盒上还安装有更换辅助组件。本发明自动化程度高,通过丝杠螺母传动技术的基础上,能过控制承载架沿L形轨迹进行滑动,并在滑动末端通过弹力实现对废旧电池的卸载以及对备用电池的装载,相对使用较为方便和省力,并实现方便对新能源汽车进行供电的效果。
