An industrial battery intelligent charging monitoring system based on SaaS comprises a charger body, and a communication module is installed in the charger body. The system also comprises network communication and control equipment, and the communication module is connected with the network communication and control equipment. The system also comprises an SaaS monitoring management platform, the network communication and control equipment is connected with the SaaS monitoring management platform through a cloud server, and the network communication and control equipment is responsible for establishing and controlling communication physical links between the SaaS monitoring management platform and the charger body and between the SaaS monitoring management platform and a user. The SaaS monitoring management platform comprises a charger access module and a user access module, an operator registers information of each charger body of the operator through the charger access module, and a user registers user information by scanning a two-dimensional code through the user access module and accesses the SaaS monitoring management platform. The SaaS monitoring management platform monitorsthe charger body in real time, acquires monitoring data and feeds back the monitoring data.
