The invention discloses a vehicle emergency braking control system and method based on energy recovery and electric control braking. The method specifically comprises the steps that the stroke and therelease speed state of an accelerator pedal are monitored through an emergency braking control system (1) after the system enters a standby state, the system enters an emergency braking control modeafter conditions are met, and the emergency braking control system sends an emergency braking control signal to an electric driving system (2) and an electric control braking system (3) after the accelerator pedal is released; the electric driving system outputs dragging torque to decelerate the vehicle, and meanwhile, the electric control braking system actively increases the brake fluid pressure; and the system exits the emergency braking control mode and enters a silent state after conditions are met. According to the invention, the system can enter an emergency braking control mode beforethe emergency braking action of a driver, the energy recovery system is actively controlled to perform high-intensity energy recovery, and the electric control braking system is controlled to performactive pressurization, so that the braking distance of the braking system is shortened in the emergency braking process of the vehicle, and collision is effectively prevented.

    本发明公开了一种基于能量回收和电控制动的车辆紧急制动控制系统及方法,该方法具体是:系统进入待机状态后通过紧急制动控制系统(1)监控油门踏板行程和释放速度状态,满足条件后进入紧急制动控制模式,油门踏板释放后紧急制动控制系统发送紧急制动控制信号至电动驱动系统(2)和电控制动系统(3);电动驱动系统输出拖滞扭矩使车辆减速,同时电控制动系统主动增加制动液压力。系统在满足条件后退出紧急制动控制模式并进入静默状态。本发明能在驾驶员紧急制动动作前进入紧急制动控制模式,主动控制能量回收系统进行较大强度的能量回收,同时控制电控制动系统进行主动增压,从而在车辆紧急制动过程中缩短制动系统的刹车距离,有效预防碰撞。
