The invention discloses an evaporation fan for a passenger car and a passenger car air conditioning system. The evaporation fan for the passenger car solves the problem of high air outlet noise of theevaporation fan and reduces the noise reduction cost. The passenger car air-conditioning system applying the fan reduces the noise inside the passenger car and improves the comfort level. The evaporation fan comprises a fan body and flow guide plates, wherein the flow guide plates are arranged at an air outlet of the fan body, the number of the air guide plates is multiple, and the multiple air guide plates are evenly arranged at intervals. When the air guide plates are designed to be arc-shaped, air supply to the inner side of the vehicle is facilitated, and the air outlet flow resistance isreduced. Meanwhile, air flows in an arc-shaped channel in a streamline mode, the turbulence degree of an air outlet flow field is reduced, air outlet noise is further lowered, air noise caused by blowing away of the air flow is lowered, the noise is reduced, the utilization rate of the air flow is increased, and the cooling efficiency is improved; and the air guide plates can be recycled for a long time and is convenient to clean, so that the use cost is greatly reduced.
