The invention provides a portal crane boom hinge point assembly structure. The portal crane boom hinge point assembly structure comprises a hinged support, a hinged shaft, two outer attaching plates and two outer embedding plates. The hinged support is of an open structure provided with a guiding notch. The hinged shaft is rotationally arranged on the root of a boom of a portal crane in a penetrating manner, and the hinged shaft can be installed in the hinged support along the guiding notch. The two outer attaching plates are attached and fixed to the corresponding positions of two opposite outer side faces of the hinged support respectively and are provided with first notches corresponding to the guiding notch. Annular grooves are formed in the outer side faces of the outer attaching plates. The outer diameters of the annular grooves are larger than the diameter of the hinged shaft. The two outer embedding plates are embedded into and fixed to the annular grooves of the two outer attaching plates respectively. The outer embedding plates are provided with second notches in the shapes corresponding to those of the first notches. The arranging direction of the second notches is opposite to that of the first notches so that a shaft hole for fixing the hinged shaft can be defined.
