The invention relates to an anti-falling upper sill structure applied to an elevator landing door. The anti-falling upper sill structure comprises an upper sill frame body, wherein the upper sill frame body comprises a right-angle side, an upper section, an upper guide rail, a lower guide rail and an extending section; the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail are symmetrically bent; the vertical side of the right-angle side downwards extends to the upper section, the upper guide rail, the lower guide rail and the extending section; the upper section and the extending section are on the same vertical surface; the upper guide rail consists of a first concave port which is downwards bulged, and a first convex port which is upwards bulged; the lower guide rail consists of a second concave port which is downwards bulged, and a second convex port which is upwards bulged; the internal diameters of circular arcs of the first concave port and the second convex port are 4 to 4.4mm; the internal diameters of the first convex port and the second concave port are 2.7 to 3mm. The structure is applied to an elevator landing door structure; the upper sill frame is in connection fit with a door hanging wheel and a pressing wheel on a hanging plate assembly, so that the technical problem of poor connection safety of the upper sill frame and a mechanical hook of a hanging plate can be solved; in case of being impacted by an external force, the elevator landing door cannot shake, and the anti-falling performance can be mechanically carried out, so that the working stability of the whole elevator landing door device can be improved.
