The invention relates to a stability-enhanced elevator upper sill structure. The structure comprises an upper sill frame body, wherein a cover plate is arranged at the end part of the upper sill frame body, and comprises a cover plate body; a first right-angled flange is arranged at the top of the cover plate body; a second right-angle flange and a third right-angled flange are arranged at one side of the cover plate body; a transitional connecting plate is arranged between the second right-angled flange and the cover plate body; the first right-angled flange is provided with upper fixed holes fixed at the top of an upper sill; the third right-angled flange is provided with a lower fixed hole fixed at the bottom of the upper sill; and the second right-angled flange is provided with a roller positioning hole for positioning a roller. As the cover plate is arranged at the end part of the upper sill frame, the strength and the installation stability of the upper sill frame can be improved, the distortion is not easy to generate, and the accidents are prevented; and the stability-enhanced elevator upper sill structure is simple in structure, convenient and fast in installation and capable of improving the safety and the operation stability of elevators.
