The invention discloses an emergency braking technology for a high-speed train. The emergency braking technology adopts a device at least comprising a hoist, brake discs, a brake lining, calipers, couplings, damping oil cylinders, a cable, a fixed pulley, a suspension loop provided with a handle, a cylinder, a manual push rod and steel piles provided with canopies. During normal driving, the suspension loop provided with the handle is in a locked state in a suspension loop chamber; when the train is in danger and an emergency brake button is pressed, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of the train are started, the suspension loop provided with the handle extends out of the suspension loop chamber under driving of a cylinder piston rod and covers one steel pile between of rails, and the cable is released from the hoist immediately; meanwhile, the calipers are driven by a hydraulic device to enable the brake lining to be contacted with the surfaces of the brake discs to generate friction, rollers in the damping oil cylinders rotate with rotation of the hoist, and blades on the rollers generate friction with high-viscosity damping oil; the cable generates strong drag force through the friction generated by the brake discs and the damping oil cylinders, so that emergency braking of the train is realized. The technology can meet the emergency braking requirement of an ultra-high-speed train.
