The invention provides a car collision energy absorbing and buffering device which comprises a body shell, an adjustable piston assembly, an electromagnetic buffering assembly and an electromagnetic controller. The body shell comprises a parallel liquid outlet segment, a conical liquid segment and a parallel buffering force application segment. An adjusting valve is arranged at a liquid outlet of the parallel liquid outlet segment. The conical adjustable piston assembly is arranged in the conical liquid segment. The electromagnetic buffering assembly is arranged in the parallel buffering force application segment and is in communication control connection with the electromagnetic controller. The extrusion buffering and energy absorbing functions of a piston are adopted, by means of the electromagnetic buffering assembly and matched buffering springs, based on the homopolar repulsion principle of electromagnets, a very strong magnetic field is instantly generated, and buffering and energy absorbing are achieved; redundant energy is buffered to the springs, a left tile-shaped elastic bar and a right tile-shaped elastic bar, the car collision energy is greatly reduced and effectively absorbed, and safety of passengers is guaranteed.
