The invention relates to a guide rail. The bottom end of the guide rail is fixedly arranged on a frame beam, and the top end of the guide rail is in rolling fit with a roller of a chain. The guide rail is characterized in that the distance between the bottom end and the top end of the guide rail is larger than the distance between inner chain plates on the two sides of the roller, and the maximum width of the part, stretching into the inner chain plates, of the guide rail is smaller than the distance between the inner chain plates. Furthermore, the cross section of the guide rail is one of a rectangle, an isosceles triangle, an isosceles trapezoid, a pentagon, a semi long circle, a semi oval, a spindle shape, a bullet shape and a pear shape. Compared with the prior art, the anti-bending strength is relatively large, and bending deformation in the front and back direction is not likely to happen. Meanwhile, the distance between the inner chain plates and the frame beam is increased, and the lower edges of the inner chain plates are not prone to interfering with the frame beam.
