The invention discloses an anti-sway device for a ship. The anti-sway device comprises an anti-sway cabin, a bearing ball, an upper earthen bowl body support, a lower earthen bowl body support and a plurality of composite buffers. The upper earthen bowl body support and the lower earthen bowl body support are fixed below the center gravity of a body of the anti-sway cabin. The bearing ball is located between the upper earthen bowl body support and the lower earthen bowl body support, and the gravity center of the bearing ball is set to be in the longitudinal center line of a body of the whole ship. The buffers are located around the lower portion of the anti-sway cabin to support the anti-sway cabin. The buffering performance of the composite buffers is utilized for resisting and balancing kinetic energy generated by sway of the body of the ship, and thus the stability of the anti-sway device is guaranteed.
