The invention discloses an automobile tire explosion steering wheel turn angle restriction and cannon pinion brake combined control system and method, and relates to an automobile tire explosion steering wheel turn angle restriction and cannon pinion brake combined control system and method based on hydraulic power steering and an ABS (anti-skid brake system), which is applicable to the safety auxiliary control after automobile tire explosion.
