The invention discloses an automobile tire explosion steering wheel turn angle restriction and cannon pinion brake combined control system and method, and relates to an automobile tire explosion steering wheel turn angle restriction and cannon pinion brake combined control system and method based on hydraulic power steering and an ABS (anti-skid brake system), which is applicable to the safety auxiliary control after automobile tire explosion. The invention content comprises steering wheel turn angle restriction, cannon pinion brake control and light control. According to the invention, serious accidents caused by misoperation, including excessive steering, fierce braking and the like by drivers after automobile tire explosion can be effectively prevented. The locking of a steering wheel, and the restriction of the range of a turn angle and unlocking can be realized by controlling electromagnetic valves of oil charge and discharge pipes which are additionally arranged at two sides of a hydraulic power steering dynamic cylinder; the cannon pinion braking and direct movement and steering in assisting the steering wheel after automobile tire explosion are realized by controlling a brake pressure regulator of the ABS via controlling an ECU (electronic control unit) after explosion; meanwhile, after automobile tire explosion, the exploded tire controls the ECU to control a brake lamp and a dual-flash signal map to start up so as to remind others of paying attention to avoiding.
