A bolting structure CNG gas cylinder framework and vehicle are provided. A bolt connection is employed; a gas cylinder carriage of the gas cylinder frame, a gas cylinder saddle, a stand column, side reinforcing stand columns, a connection plate and a base rack are connected via bolts; the gas cylinder is fixed on the gas cylinder carriage by the gas cylinder saddle and the gas cylinder carriage via bolts; the gas cylinder carriage, the stand column and the side reinforcing stand columns are connected via volts; a base layer L-shaped carriage, the side reinforcing stand column, a base rack, the stand column and the stand column connection plate are connected via bolts; and the left and right side stand columns are connected via the stand column connection plate. The bolting structure CNG gas cylinder framework can be applied to part components of various vehicle types, thereby possessing high universality; part component types can be reduced; welding deficiencies can be avoided due to bolt connection, so gas cylinder framework reliability can be improved; the bolting structure gas cylinder frame has high processing precision and assembly deficiency can be improved; each part component can be detached, so safe and convenient maintenance can be achieved; the periphery of the gas cylinder cannot be welded after the installation of the gas cylinder; and the framework assembly has low self weight and vehicle transportation efficiency can be improved.
