The invention belongs to the field of vehicle center-of-gravity shift auxiliary balancing device, and specifically discloses a vehicle damping balancing device. The device comprises an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate. An air bag is arranged between the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate. The bottom of the upper supporting plate is provided with an electromagnet and a displacement sensor. The upper supporting plate is also provided with a controller. The controller is electrically connected with the displacement sensor and the electromagnet. The upper supporting plate is also provided with a screw. The upper part of the lower supporting plate is provided with a permanent magnet which directly faces the electromagnet. The lower part of the lower supporting plate is provided with a connecting rod. The bottom end of the connecting rod is provided with a pull-tab. The vehicle damping balancing device can apply acting forces on a vehicle for offsetting and balancing center-of-gravity shift.
