The invention relates to an optimization design method for the sensitivities of regions of an automobile body. The method includes the following steps that 1, a white body finite element model based on rigidity or modality is established, and parameters of any designated functional regions of the automobile body are extracted and numbered; 2, region sensitivity variables are defined, and a region sensitivity analysis model is established; 3, region sensitivity analysis based on rigidity or modality is conducted, and the sensitivities of all the regions are ranked; 4, based on the region sensitivity ranking result, the region structure and part thickness are optimized based on the principle of reinforcing the sensitive regions and weakening the non-sensitive regions and the negatively-sensitive regions; 5, benchmarking is conducted through white body performance testing and optimized result verification, and if design requirements are not met, further region structure optimization and thickness optimization are needed. The method has the advantages that the sensitivities of the parameters of all the regions of the automobile body for the rigidity and modality of the automobile body can be worked out, and the parameters of the regions of the automobile body can be optimized in a targeted mode.
