The invention provides an autonomous lift articulated ladder comprising an eye plate, an articulated ladder body, a roller, a winch, a steel cable and a pulley. The inner extension end of the articulated ladder body is in hinge joint with a ship board deck through the eye plate and the bottom of the outer extension end is provided with the roller. The upper portion of the outer extension end of the articulated ladder body is provided with the winch. The winch is fixedly connected with one end of the matching steel cable, and the other end of the steel cable is fixedly connected to the outer extension end of the articulated ladder body through diversion of the pulley in hinge joint with an upper layer slipway. Thus, a mechanism that the winch and the steel cable cooperatively control the articulated ladder body to swing up and down with the eye plate as the axis is formed. A ship is provided with an articulated ladder and the release position or the release height can be autonomously adjusted in a permitted swing angle range according to working conditions; owing to the great adjustability and timeliness, reliable building is facilitated; the stable articulated ladder can greatly improve the sense of safety of passage of workers.
