The invention discloses a high-speed train safety device-vertically combined fastener. The vertically combined fastener comprises three pieces, a main fastener body (1) is combined by an upper fastener and a lower fastener, the two fasteners have the same shape and function and can be exchanged for use, a fastening claw is arranged on the main fastener body (1), eye holes are formed in two sides of the root part of the fastening claw respectively, the eye holes of the main fastener body (1) are directly through, and the upper fastener and the lower fastener are combined to form the main fastener body (1) through two screws and firmly fastened on a guard rail; a semi-circular hoop is designed on the back of the main fastener body (1), four eye holes are formed in each of the two sides of the semi-circular hoop, a cover plate (2) is also a semi-circular hoop, eight eye holes are also formed in two sides, and the cover plate (2) is firmly gripped on a safety pile by screws. The defects in the prior art are overcome, the life safety of the passengers and the state property safety are guaranteed, and the time is saved.
