The invention provides a compartment joint with a damping structure. The damping structure comprises a rhombic buffering structure, a supporting structure and two damping boards, wherein a group of opposite angles of the rhombic buffering structure is connected to two compartments, the other group of opposite angles of the rhombic buffering structure is connected with the supporting structure, the supporting structure protrudes from the rhombic buffering structure, the two damping boards are overlapped, the lower damping board is in direct contact with the supporting structure, and one side of the upper damping board is placed on the lower damping board in an overlapped mode. Through the design of the structure of the damping boards and connection between the damping boards and the compartments, complicated motions, including stretching, compressing and swinging caused during speed change, climbing, turning and obstacle passing, of trains are relieved in the structure aspect, and vibration and impact in the vertical direction, horizontal direction and other directions can be borne. By means of resonance of granular damping, resonance of impact and vibration is achieved, external force is absorbed and consumed, and then the danger coefficient of the compartment joint is reduced.
