The invention provides a hybrid power vehicle with an air-conditioning system. The hybrid power vehicle with the air-conditioning system is provided with an engine, a motor, an air-conditioning compressor and a torque distributing mechanism, wherein the engine is provided with an engine shaft, the motor is provided with a motor driving shaft, the air-conditioning compressor is provided with a compressor shaft, and the torque distributing mechanism is provided with three rotating members which are connected with the engine shaft, the motor driving shaft and the air-conditioning compressor shaft respectively to transmit torque. A torque transmitting device is arranged between the engine shaft and an input shaft of a speed change mechanism and comprises a clutch component for selectively disconnecting torque transmission between the engine shaft and the motor shaft. The torque output by the engine and the motor is reasonably distributed by using the torque distributing mechanism, the air-conditioning compressor is kept to work at preset rotating speed within a preset power range, and energy consumed by low-efficiency work of the compressor is effectively reduced.
