The invention belongs to the technical field of traffic transportation and relates to a connecting and fixing device for a front shaft supporting plate and a rear shaft supporting plate. The connecting and fixing device comprises a cab, a container, dampers, axles, wheels, the supporting plates, push-pull rods and push-pull generators. The dampers are connected with the axles. The wheels are arranged on the axles. The first push-pull generator and the second push-pull generator are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the rear supporting plate respectively. The two ends of the first push-pull rod are connected with the upper end of a container lower bottom plate and the upper end of the first push-pull generator respectively. The two ends of the second push-pull rod are connected with the upper end of the container lower bottom plate and the upper end of the second push-pull generator respectively. According to the connecting and fixing device, when a truck bumps on the road, the container also will bump up and down accordingly, then the push-pull rods drive the generators to generate power, and the gravitational potential energy of the container is converted into electric energy. The connecting and fixing device is reasonable in design, simple in structure and suitable for the design of a van truck generating system.
