The invention relates to an overhauling tool, in particular to a portable detachable high-tower overhauling tool. In order to solve the problems that high-tower operation and maintenance efficiency is low, overhauling is difficult, overhauling time is long, safe and reliable operation of a circuit cannot be ensured, and consideration cannot be given to both the overhauling cost and the overhauling safety, the portable detachable high-tower overhauling tool comprises a suspension bracket for being connected with a safety rope, a connecting frame connected with the lower end of the suspension bracket and a seat frame and a pedal frame which are connected with the connecting frame. The connecting frame and the pedal frame are in rotation connection. The lower end of the connecting frame is connected with the lower end of the seat frame. The upper end of the pedal frame is connected with the lower end of the connecting frame. The left and right sides of the suspension bracket are provided with a first pulley and a second pulley respectively. A brake device for limiting sliding of the safety rope is arranged at the position of the first pulley. According to the technical scheme, the disassembling and assembling processes can be rapidly and easily completed, and the portable detachable high-tower overhauling tool is simple in structure, reliable in working, low in operation cost and high in overhauling efficiency.
