The invention discloses a bottom-climbing and fish-loading conveyer for a pond. According to the bottom-climbing and fish-loading conveyer, a machine base is arranged on the bank side of the pond, a motor is arranged at the upper end of the machine base, and a rope winding roller is arranged in front of the motor. Rails are arranged on the right of the machine base, a van is arranged on the rails, a fish basket is arranged at the upper end of the van, rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the van, and the van is installed on the rails through the rolling wheels. The rope winding roller is provided with steel wire ropes. Pull rings are arranged at the left end of the van. The rope winding roller is connected to the pull rings through the steel wire ropes. The machine base is provided with a power switch. A motor switch is started when the conveyer is used, the motor drives the rope winding roller to rotate so as to drive the steel wire ropes, and then the fish basket can be pulled to the bank side.
