The invention relates to an automatically-controlled efficient winch for the integrated breeding industry. The automatically-controlled efficient winch for the integrated breeding industry comprises a rope winding drum, a semi-sealed base, a rope winding drum shaft and an actuating and driving mechanism. The rope winding drum shaft is movably connected between the front side wall and the rear side wall in the base. The rope winding drum shaft is sleeved with the rope winding drum. The rope winding drum can rotate in the base through the rope winding drum shaft. The actuating and driving mechanism is mounted on the front side wall of the base, stretches into the base and is connected with the rope winding drum. An end cover is further mounted on the portion, outside the actuating and driving mechanism, of the front side wall of the base. The actuating and driving mechanism comprises a small gear shaft, a small gear, a small shaft sleeve, a pawl spring, a large shaft sleeve, a ratchet wheel, a pawl shaft and a pawl. According to the design, the ratchet wheel and the pawl are additionally arranged so that the small gear shaft can only rotate in one single direction under the effect of a handle, in this way, the winch has the characteristic of one-way movement, and the working efficiency and practical performance of the winch are improved.
