The invention relates to a lightweight electric trolley of a crane. The lightweight electric trolley comprises a trolley frame. The trolley frame is composed of a left walking frame, a right walking frame and supporting connecting rods. Process square steel is arranged between the left walking frame and the supporting connecting rods and between the right walking frame and the supporting connecting rods. An outer rotor motor is arranged on the upper surface of the trolley frame, brakes are arranged at the two ends of the outer rotor motor respectively, and a steel wire rope is wound on the outer surface of the outer rotor motor. The steel wire rope is connected with a lifting hook set through a fixed pulley set, and the fixed pulley set is arranged on the upper surface of the trolley frame. A V-shaped frame is arranged at the positions, close to the two ends, of the lower surface of the left walking frame and the lower surface of the right walking frame. The lower end of the V-shaped frame is connected with a walking support. Walking mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the lower surface of the walking support and composed of driving walking wheels and driven walking wheels. The driving walking wheels are connected with motors through speed reducers. Spring damping shock absorbers are arranged on the two sides of the part, among the left walking frame, the right walking frame and the walking support, of the V-shaped frame. The lightweight electric trolley is simple in structure and can effectively adapt to rail deformation.
