The invention discloses a solar airship device with a rotating shaft, and relates to airship accessories. The solar airship device with the rotating shaft comprises an airship 1, a carrying body 2, a tumbler 3, the rotating shaft 12, a positioning body 13 and a fulcrum 14. The solar airship device with the rotating shaft is characterized in that the airship 1 is composed of an air bag 4 and an operating device 5; the tumbler 3 is composed of a vacant chamber 6 and a heavy block 7, and the vacant chamber 6 is connected with the operating device 5; the positioning body 13 is mounted beneath the heavy block 7, and the positioning body 13 is provided with the fulcrum 14; the rotating shaft 12 is mounted on the positioning body 13 and is connected with the positioning body 13 through the fulcrum 14, the rotating shaft 12 can rotate by 360 degrees around the fulcrum 14, and the carrying body 2 is mounted on the rotating shaft 12. By the adoption of the solar airship device, the functions that a mobile phone or a laptop can be hung in the air and kept balanced are achieved, the mobile phone or the laptop can be used by people in various postures, and cervical spondylosis which is likely to be caused by lowering the head to watch the mobile phone and the laptop for a long time can be prevented.
