The invention discloses an anti-disengaging bicycle pedal. The anti-disengaging bicycle pedal mainly comprises a pedal rod, a pedal body, a groove, a compression cap, a supporting rod, anti-skidding rods, rotary shafts, first springs, sliding ways, sliding blocks, rubber band pull ropes and second springs. The pedal rod is fixedly connected with the pedal body, the groove is formed in the upper end of the pedal body, the compression cap is arranged at the upper end of the groove in a spaced mode, the compression cap is matched with the groove, and the lower end of the compression cap is fixedly connected with the supporting rod. The anti-skidding rods are arranged at the two ends of the pedal body, each anti-skidding rod is divided into two sections, and one rotary shaft and one first spring are arranged between the two sections of each anti-skidding rod.
