The invention discloses a fast connection device and an electric vehicle for the handicapped. The fast connection device is adopted for the electric vehicle for the handicapped. The fast connection device comprises a center connection block, the upper end of the center connection block is connected with a locking release handle through a pivot, and a supporting rod is fixedly connected to the lower end of the center connection block; the side, in the direction of the X axis, of the center connection block is provided with a locking block, the other side, in the direction of the X axis, of the center connection block is further connected with a deformation supporting mechanism through a pivot, the deformation supporting mechanism and the locking release handle are connected in a matched mode, and the deformation supporting mechanism is in linkage with the locking release handle and the locking block to form a locking release mechanism. The fast connection device is ingenious in design and simple in structure, a common hand-cranking wheelchair and an electric traction head can be fast connected and detached at any time and in any place, no additional tools are needed, and connecting efficiency and detaching efficiency are greatly improved; the overall connection firmness degree is good, looseness is avoided, and stability and the safety of the whole structure are improved.
