The invention discloses a gear-shifting correction system for an automatic transmission and a correction method for the gear-shifting correction system. The gear-shifting correction system is characterized by comprising a signal conditioning module, a signal acquiring and processing module, a processor and a solenoid valve drive module, wherein the processor comprises a travelling working condition identifying module, a driving intension identifying module, a decision-making module and a gear-shifting correction module. The correction method comprises the following steps: carrying out signal conditioning and acquiring on a sensor signal so as to acquire a signal required by the travelling working condition identifying module and the driving intension identifying module; carrying out travelling working condition and driving intension identification and split-flow processing, thereby obtaining a corrected object and an uncorrected object; and setting a response priority sequence and a corresponding gear-shifting correction parameter and a gear-shifting correction value of the of the corrected object, carrying out gear-shifting correction, and storing basic gear-shifting control parameters. According to the gear-shifting correction system and the correction method, gear-shifting control needs for different travelling working conditions and driving intensions can be met, and traveling safety, dynamic property and fuel economy of vehicles are improved.
