The invention relates to the technical field of safety of human bodies during the time when an automobile suddenly slows down or stops, in particular to a buffering device, an automobile seat and the automobile. The buffering device comprises an elastic part, a sliding part and a supporting plate. The sliding part is arranged on the supporting plate in a sliding mode. The elastic part is arranged between the sliding part and the supporting plate. The supporting plate is used for being arranged on the automobile seat. The sliding part is used for supporting a human body. When the sliding part slides relative to the supporting plate, the sliding part makes the elastic part elastically deform, and the elastic part is used for buffering inertia force of the human body on the sliding part. By means of the buffering device, the inertia force of the human body is buffered through the elastic part by means of the elastic deformation of the elastic part when the automobile suddenly slows down or stops due to external impact and other reasons, the strength of impact borne by the human body is relieved, and safety of the human body is ensured.
