The invention belongs to a power generation device of a goods conveying truck in the technical field of traffic and transportation. The power generation device comprises a driving chamber, a goods carriage, a shock absorber, an axle, wheels, support plates, push-pull rods and push-pull power generators, wherein the shock absorber is connected with the axle; the wheels are distributed on the axle; the first and second push-pull power generators are arranged at the front and rear ends of the rear support plate; two ends of the first push-pull rod are connected with a lower bottom plate of the goods carriage and the upper end of the first push-pull power generator; two ends of the second push-pull rod are connected with the lower bottom plate of the goods carriage and the upper end of the second push-pull power generator. In the power generation device disclosed by the invention, when the truck jolts on a road, the goods carriage also jolts up and down, so that the push-pull rods can drive the push-pull power generators to perform power generation, and gravitational potential energy of the goods carriage can be converted to electric energy. The power generation device is reasonable in designed, simple in structure and suitable for designs of van truck power generation systems.
