The invention provides a self-propelled conveying device with a lifting function, and the device can achieve the reduction of parts, the light weight and the inhibition of the increase of manufacturing cost, and is stronger in function of resisting shaking. The device is provided with a first connecting rod (L1), wherein the upper end part of the first connecting rod (L1) is connected to a driven trolley (3) in a manner of rotating around a first shaft (J1), and the lower end part of the first connecting rod (L1) is connected to a lifting rack (4) in a manner of rotating around a second shaft (J2); a second connecting rod (L2), wherein the upper end part of the second connecting rod (L2) is connected to a driving trolley (2) in a manner of swinging around a third shaft (J3), and the lower end part of the second connecting rod (L2) is connected to the first connecting rod (L1) in a manner of swinging around a fourth shaft (J4) located at the center between the first and second shafts (J1 and J2) of the first connecting rod (L1). The first shaft (J1) and the third shaft (J3) are located in a roughly horizontal plane, and the second shaft (J2) and the third shaft (J3) are located in a roughly vertical plane. If the lifting rack (4) is located through a winding device (5), the driven trolley (3) moves along a rail (R), so as to get away from the driving trolley (2) or get close to the driving trolley (2).
