The invention discloses a damping bicycle handlebar and a corresponding handlebar sleeve, and belongs to the bicycle part field; the handlebar (1) and handlebar sleeve (2) are provided; bumps (21) are arranged on the inner wall of the handlebar sleeve (2), and matched in sizes and positions of concave holes (11) of the handlebar (1); in usage, the bumps (21) extend into the concave holes (11); the atmospheric pressure intensity in a gas chamber (22) in the handlebar sleeve (2) is bigger than the external atmospheric pressure intensity; the bumps (21) in the handlebar sleeve extend into the concave holes (11) on the handlebar, so the handlebar sleeve (2) cannot rotate on the handlebar (1), and a user can convenient ride; the atmospheric pressure intensity in the gas chamber (22) in the sleeve is bigger than the external atmospheric pressure intensity, so damping can be effectively realized, and thus improving user comfort level while holding the handlebars.
